We offer installation for all types of lifts, from hydraulic to electromechanical and special systems for the disabled. We ensure the safe operation of the lifts with regular inspections, maintenance and any kind of repair required.
The execution of the projects, as well as each service we offer, is in compliance with European legislation, with the Directive 95/16/EC on lifts, with the application of the Greek legislation FEK2604/2008 (standards ELOT 81-1 and 81-2), as well as with the new forthcoming legislation on the periodic inspection of lifts and the upgrading of old installations (standard EN 80.80) and lifts for disabled persons (standard 81.70).
Installation
In every building, whether commercial or private, people rely on lifts for their daily movement and they have become an integral part of our lives. The need for safe and reliable lifts is a priority during initial installation.
The basic principle of our company is to provide a safe and comfortable travel option by providing the necessary safety systems for each person using the installed lift. Establishing trusting relationships with our customers starts with the continuous training of our staff, observing personal protection measures by ourselves during installation. During the installation of the lift, we pay special attention, on the one hand, to the correct placement of the components and, on the other hand, to the full utilization of the shaft dimensions, the payload, saving energy by choosing the appropriate materials. At the same time, emphasis is placed on the possible use of the lift by people with disabilities.
After the completion of the installation works, a check and technical inspection is carried out to confirm and certify the correct operation and application of the lift, according to the applicable legislation.
Maintenance
By law, regular maintenance of the lift is a mandatory procedure. It is an imperative for us as well, as through its proper operation, your movement is carried out safely.
Our concern is the timely and thorough maintenance of all parts of the lift, which is carried out by our experienced and trained team of maintenance staff.
By properly checking its electrical and mechanical parts, taking care of the lubrication and cleaning of the components, we aim to avoid and eliminate possible failures and malfunctions.
In the context of our continuous effort to improve our services, all the lifts we maintain are provided with a technical support service - restoration of faults or any malfunctions, keeping records of the history of faults and repairs for each supported machine.
Elevator certification
Our company LEVELTEC Kritsotakis O.E. in cooperation with a certification body, undertakes the issuance of a certificate for each type of lift and hoisting machine, which concerns the functionality and effective compliance with all insurance provisions, both for the protection of the passengers and the maintainer. According to the European legislation 2014/33/EU and the Joint Ministerial Decision (Government Gazette 2604/B/2008), the certification procedure of the lift is necessary to verify the good condition and safe operation of the lift.
Repair - Elevator Upgrade
Elevator repair is necessary to correct major malfunctions. Renovation and refurbishment are needed to improve both technical and aesthetic standards. Following the legislative standard , we focus on safety, energy saving and passenger protection, adapting the upgrade work to the needs of each customer. Maintaining a warehouse with a wide range of spare parts and material components, we service every type of lift and have a wide network of suppliers for your immediate service.

We ensure your safe movement from the initial operation of the lift to the time of its refurbishment, by carrying out an urgent inspection. Maintenance of lifts is mandatory by law to ensure that they remain in proper and safe operation. The use of the lift as a means of transport makes us responsible for ensuring its functionality.
That is why qualified and licensed maintenance crews periodically monitor the critical points of the lift to avoid accelerated wear and tear and eliminate faults, prolonging its long-term trouble-free operation.
In all the lifts we maintain, we provide a technical support service - repair of faults or any malfunctions 24 hours a day.
As part of our continuous efforts to improve our services, we keep records of the history of failures and repairs for each supported machine.
Insurance is also provided at the highest scale against civil liability, in a partner insurance company.
Repair of a lift is required when significant malfunctions are observed during its operation.
Renovation or modernization of the elevator is needed to upgrade technical specifications in combination with aesthetic renewal.
Our company, following the EN 81.80 standard, which requires the cooperation of a reliable elevator inspection body, understands the need to upgrade the systems in order to adopt new safety, energy saving and passenger protection systems (e.g. evacuation system, automatic bus-type cabin hunting, intercom system, etc.).
Depending on your needs, we adapt the modernization work, either by implementing mandatory work with the general compliance of the operator's inspection report and restoration of deficiencies mentioned in it, for safety and harmonization with the applicable provisions / legislation, or with optional work emphasizing on the quality of movement and aesthetics, such as, for example, replacement of the elevator drive mechanism, replacement of the pulley or friction drive mechanism, etc.
Finally, selected works such as the renovation of the cabin, replacement of linings, handrail or flooring, are carried out at the request of the customer.
